Corsica : Sanguinaires islands, north of Ajaccio’s gulf

The Sanguinaires archipelago consists of four islands - where the rock is a dark red – located at the mouth of the Gulf of Ajaccio (Corsica - Mediterranean sea). The islands called Mezza Mare (known as Bloody Great), Cormorants, Cala d’Alga and Porri.

The lighthouse, built on the highest point of the Great Bloodthirst (80 meters above the sea level) in 1870.

The name of the archipelago, « les Sanguinaires » is vague : it is just light purple sunset that has scarred rocks, or the color of small plants with pink flowers whose leaves turn to bright red in autumn ( »franken » roses or flowers snowflakes).

The ski resort of Les Arcs (1800 / 2000) in Savoy. Located in the Tarentaise Valley, it is one of the largest ski areas in Europe, and always a pleasure to ski in these mountains at late winter. More sun, more fun !

Saint Bernard’s Basilica (church) – Fontaine lès Dijon, Brugundy

The St. Bernard’s Basilica (birthplace) on the butts of Fontaine les Dijon, in the fall. Originally, the monument was a medieval castle, built in the eleventh century, then modified several times until the sixteenth. The building was then renovated late nineteenth in the aspect that we know nowadays.

Empire State Building – 5th Avenue, New York

The Empire State Building taken against foot-and-cons updated since the 5th Avenue. Considering the size of the skyscraper (381 meters anyway), impossible to take a closer, even with a 28mm objective. This is the law in New York!
